Music at United

There are many opportunities to participate in the music at United. Starting with Sunday school music through the Cathedral Choir and Jubilee Handbells, there is something for any age.  If you have any questions or would like to get involved but aren't quite sure where you would fit best, please feel free to call Lynn at 775-4279 or e-mail her at music@unitedgf.org.     

Our worship services are accompanied by either our Baldwin 9 ft concert grand or our Casavant Freres tracker action organ. These fine instruments combined with a variety of instruments provide a wonderful foundation for congregational participation in worship. Music and singing is incorporated into the program often guided by their class teachers. Usually grouped by ages: Preschool thru 2nd Grade and 3rd thru 5th Grade.

This choir will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Sundays. We will prepare music to present as part of our worship service once each month.

Worship Team

(Grade 9 - Adults)

This groups is open to anyone in Grade 9 and up. We prepare special music and provide music leadership for the worship service. We are also looking for guitar players, percussionists, or other instruments to help enhance our worship experience. Click HERE for the Worship Team Fall Schedule.

Cathedral Choir
(Grade 9 - Adults)

This is a traditional SATB choir.  We accept new members at anytime for those in Grade 9 thru adult. We rehearse weekly at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday evenings in our Choir Room. We are under the direction of Paul Barta. Click HERE for the Cathedral Choir Rehearsal Schedule.

Wednesday Worship Team

WWT

This group is open to anyone musically inclined. We help lead music during the Wednesday evening worship services at 6:15 p.m. If you would like to join us for one night or each week just come on down. Worship is in the Fellowship Hall.

Jubilee Bell Choir
